At Ashfiya's Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all eligible items. This means you can return any item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Eligibility:

The following items are eligible for our 7-day money-back guarantee:

  • Items that are returned in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Items that are purchased within the last 7 days.

The following items are not eligible for our 7-day money-back guarantee:

  • Items that are marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items that are damaged or used after purchase.
  • Items that are returned after the 7-day window.

How to Cancel and Request a Refund:

  1. To cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately via email at [your email address] or by phone at [your phone number].
  2. To return an item after it has shipped, please follow these steps:
    • Log in to your account on our website.
    • Go to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
    • Click on the "Return Item" button.
    • Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for your return.
    • Print the return shipping label provided.
    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the return shipping label.
    • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier.
  3. Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets all eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
