Ashfiya's Store Terms and Conditions (Effective February 14, 2024)

Welcome to Ashfiya's Store!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our online marketplace, Ashfiya's Store ("Store").   • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE STORE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.
  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE STORE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability:

  • WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE STORE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification:

12. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Store will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be conducted in Mumbai, Maharashtra and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

13. Entire Agreement:

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ashfiya's Store with respect to your use of the Store.

14. Changes to Terms:

  • We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Store following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
